Business Integrity
We believe that business integrity promotes business success. Getnick Law is an innovator and recognized practice leader in the areas of business integrity counseling and independent monitoring.
Business Integrity Counseling
We believe that proactive business-driven integrity is a more effective tool for meeting our clients’ business goals than law-driven compliance. In developing unique business integrity programs, we leverage our clients’ hard-earned business integrity to position them at a competitive advantage within their industry, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Independent Monitoring
Getnick Law has successfully deployed our monitoring teams across a wide variety of industries, working closely with federal, state, and local government authorities. Our depth of monitoring experience runs from relatively contained single entity assignments to large-scale complex engagements, such as integrity monitor for the World Trade Center cleanup following 9/11, and federal court-appointed monitor over the N.Y. Racing Association. Learn more about our independent monitoring practice and representative monitorships we have undertaken.
Business Integrity Leadership: Cornell Law School Business Integrity Fund
