Neil V. Getnick Named NLJ Elite Boutique Trailblazer
Managing Partner Neil V. Getnick has been named to The National Law Journal’s inaugural list of Elite Boutique Trailblazers, an honor awarded to those who have “shown a deep passion and perseverance in pursuit of their mission, having achieved remarkable success along the way.” Noting Getnick Law’s dedication to promoting business integrity and fighting fraud, the National Law Journal recognized Mr. Getnick for establishing an elite boutique law practice where “whistleblowers, companies, and the government all come to the firm to fight fraud.” Included among his trailblazing accomplishments: the first ever hedge fund tax whistleblower victory in 2017, recovering $40 million; the largest recovery by a single whistleblower in U.S. history, resulting from a $750 million pharmaceutical manufacturing practices case against GlaxoSmithKline; and the firm’s work as an integrity monitor for the post-9/11 World Trade Center disaster cleanup.
