Lesley Ann Skillen To Address National Gathering Of Compliance Professionals On Whistleblower Laws

Partner Lesley Ann Skillen will participate as a panelist at the prestigious Health Care Compliance Association’s 20th National Institute to be held in Las Vegas from April 17-20, 2016.

Ms. Skillen’s panel, entitled “Enforcement and Compliance: Strategies for Organization Counsel and Compliance Professionals”, will address cutting-edge approaches to corporate compliance, including redefining the whistleblower paradigm and the use of the False Claims Act qui tam whistleblower law by companies as a way to remove dishonest competitors from the marketplace.
