Neil V. Getnick To Present “Whistleblowers: A Primer” To The Training Arm Of The National Association Of Attorneys General
Managing Partner Neil V. Getnick will present “Whistleblowers: A Primer” to the National Attorneys General Training and Research Institute, the training and research arm of the National Association of Attorneys General. Mr. Getnick’s presentation will provide practical information regarding how to encourage reporting of corruption and how to recruit whistleblowers, as well as how to best protect whistleblowers.
Whistleblower Best Practices To Combat Corruption
Mr. Getnick’s presentation is part of a three-day national training program entitled, “Be, Bug, or Turn: The Use of Undercover Investigators, Wiretaps and Confidential Informants in Corruption Investigations.” This training, which is available only to law enforcement officials, will explore best practices in the investigation and prosecution of a corruption case, with a particular focus on ethical and practical considerations.
