Managing Partner Neil V. Getnick was recently quoted in The Legal Intelligencer discussing competition among United States Attorneys’ Offices for False Claims Act cases. In the piece, Mr. Getnick identifies the prominence of the Southern District of New York under U.S. Attorney Preet Bahrara (“[T]he big sea change is the very serious emergence of the Southern District of New York as a real major player in the area.”), noting that U.S. Attorney Bharara made False Claims Act cases a priority when he took office.
