Getnick & Getnick’s Nico Gurian Speaks on Federal Bar Council Panel

Getnick & Getnick’s Nico Gurian recently spoke on the Federal Bar Council’s “Life of a Federal Law Clerk” panel. Mr. Gurian, a former law clerk to the Hon. Nicholas G. Garaufis of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, provided insight on the experience of clerking in a federal judge’s chambers and his perspective on the job’s many challenges and rewards. The Federal Bar Council is an organization of lawyers who practice in federal courts within the Second Circuit, and is “dedicated to promoting excellence in federal practice and fellowship among federal practitioners.”
