Getnick & Getnick Partners to Speak at Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund Annual Conference
Getnick & Getnick Partners Neil Getnick, Lesley Ann Skillen, and Margaret Finerty, will be speaking at the annual Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund (“TAFEF”) conference in Washington, D.C. from October 26-28, 2022, on topics addressing developments in whistleblower law, including the Federal False Claims Act and the IRS Whistleblower Program. Mr. Getnick will be moderating a panel of former whistleblowers discussing their experiences; Ms. Skillen will be participating on a panel discussing ethical issues confronted in whistleblower cases; and Ms. Finerty will be on a panel discussing developments in the IRS Whistleblower program. TAFEF is a public interest non-profit dedicated to fighting fraud against the government by incentivizing integrity.
