Partner Lesley Ann Skillen to Speak at ABA Civil False Claims Act and Qui Tam Enforcement Virtual National Institute

Partner Lesley Ann Skillen will be speaking at the forthcoming American Bar Association Civil False Claims Act and Qui Tam Enforcement Virtual Institute. She will be participating as a member of the Institute’s ethics panel, “Ethical Issues in Qui Tam Investigations.” Ms. Skillen will draw on her rich and varied experience representing qui tam whistleblowers as the panel addresses such issues as consensual monitoring, handling privileged materials, and seal breaches. The panel also includes government attorneys and defense counsel.

The ABA Civil False Claims Act and Qui Tam Enforcement Virtual National Institute will take place from December 1-4, 2020. Ms. Skillen’s ethics panel will be held on December 4, 2020 at 3:45 p.m.
