Managing Partner Neil V. Getnick will speak at the State Bar of Georgia 2020 Whistleblower Law Symposium: Whistleblowers and Frauds of the New Decade – FinTech, Crypto-Currencies, and Other Hot Areas of Enforcement. Mr. Getnick will be presenting the relator’s counsel perspective as he participates on an ethics panel entitled, “False Claims Act – Ethical & Legal Dilemmas For Relator & Defense Counsel.”
