Luis Moreno-Ocampo to Moderate Opening Session of the Global Forum Against the Crime of Genocide

Global Practice Counsel Luis Moreno-Ocampo is the Moderator of the Opening Session of the Global Forum Against the Crime of Genocide, being held in Yerevan, Armenia. Participating in the Forum will be 600 individuals from more than 50 countries. Issues to be discussed during the Forum include the prevention of crimes against humanity, consequences of genocide, and liability concerns. Luis Moreno-Ocampo is a prominent expert in international law and the former first Prosecutor of the permanent International Criminal Court.
