Neil V. Getnick On Panel Of Experts Discussing Qui Tam Litigation
Managing Partner Neil V. Getnick will join a panel of experts on March 18, 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia for a high-level discussion of qui tam whistleblower litigation. The panel (“Trends and Practical Issues in Pursuing and Defending Federal and State Qui Tam Cases Other Than Health Care Fraud”) is part of the 2015 Whistleblower Law Symposium: Qui Tam, SEC, CFTC, and IRS Whistleblower Claims Update, being held at the State Bar of Georgia Conference Center.
In addition to his participation on that panel, Mr. Getnick, in his role as Chairman of the Board of Taxpayers Against Fraud, will make a special presentation to the Hon. Edward Lindsey, legislative sponsor of the Georgia State False Medicaid Claims Act and Georgia Taxpayer Protection False Claims Act.
